You can use the monitoring portal (an app that comes pre-installed on the included iPad®) to access the help center for more videos and information regarding the Seer Home equipment.
To do this:
1. Open the iPad and tap on the Seer icon .
2. Tap Support in the top-right corner.
If you have trouble accessing the help center, contact Seer.
3. Once you open it, you'll have access to articles with written information, images, and videos to show you how to use the equipment. You can scroll through or search for specific information.
