Tips to record useful data

Here are some tips for collecting useful data during monitoring:

  • Follow your physician's (doctor's) instructions for taking medication.
  • Avoid activity and clothing (like head coverings) that will disturb the electrodes or WaterTabs by rubbing against them or causing you to sweat.
  • Don't chew gum as this can make data difficult to interpret.
  • Don't touch electronic devices connected to power (e.g. laptops, mobile phones or electric blankets.)
